 I wish I had a rubber soul so it couldn´t be affected by time or people passing me by.

 I wish I had a rubber mind, like waterproof rubber boots, so it couldn´t get wet by those stormy ideas that rain down on you trying to drown you.

 I wish I had a rubber heart so it couldn´t be damaged; so pain could bounce off form it leaving no mark, no scar, just a soft hit gone before you even notice it. A light rubber heart, never heavy because of sorrow or rejection; never broken because of too intense emotions.
